The Sensorium: A 4 hour immersion awakening the senses through Temple Arts.
A sensorium is a journey for coming home to feminine beauty, softness, radiance, receptivity, & sensual pleasure.
A sensorium is a journey through sound, sight, touch, smell, & taste that awakens not only the physical senses, but expands extrasensory perception.
A sensorium is a journey for attuning the body back to its natural state where overflow is the byproduct of alignment.
We will be working with breath, sound, movement, & touch to dearmor our bodies & open up to greater receivership.
There will be several layers to this immersion. The sequence is intentional & designed to support your flow as you drop into deeper states of consciousness.
While the immersion is centered around embodiment, there will be Feminine Mystery teachings woven in throughout the practices. There will be transmissions & activations along with somatic & sensual practice. This is a holistic experience that will deeply nourish your mind, body, & soul.
**Please show up 10 minutes early to get settled in so we can start on time.**
IMPORTANT- MUST NOT BE ALLERGIC TO CATS
I have the most handsome & sweetest Himalayan boy, Wonder, who will be blessing us with his presence from time to time.
To bring:
Several yoga mats (floor is concrete so you’ll want to be padded)
Pillow & Blanket (Nest materials)
Eye mask or something to cover your eyes with
Journal & Pen
Drum if you have one
Items to add to the communal altar (crystals, totems, flowers, etc.)
Water bottle
Snacks to share
To wear:
