My greatest blessing is my Taurus Moon which is how my deep, insatiable love for beauty, home, & embodiment come together.

I don’t give my power away to these systems but I do use them as tools & reference points for working with my energy.

My name is Nicole Ananda.
though I have completed many immersive trainings and certifications, my deepest wisdom has been cultivated through working intimately with healers and mentors from around the world and integrating specific practices into my way of being.
My experiences immersed in priestess temple arts, women's circles and indigenous ceremonies have been foundational on my personal & transformational path.
Plant medicines have been fundamental in my healing. Even though I have worked with psychedelics since my adolescence, it wasn't until my first ayahuasca ceremonies in my early 20's that I was able to tap into the deep work my soul craved. I have supported countless clients on their journeys of working with plant medicines to integrate their experiences. Psychedelic therapy is an emerging field on the horizon. It is important that while access to these modalities is increasing we approach this work with high levels of reverence, discernment and integrity.

Through the healing of my own sexual trauma I was brought to a path of Sacred Sexuality and learning to access altered states of consciousness and expanded sensual awakening through kundalini energy. I worked with many practitioners and went on to train in various lineages. I expanded my sexuality knowledge, embodiment, and wisdom path by devoting myself to trainings in Somatic Sex Education, Sexological Bodywork, Mayan Abdominal Massage, and the Priestess Temple Arts. My work is an integration of all these modalities and the templates, practices, and techniques that were supportive for my own healing and awakenings.

As I deepened my personal work and client work over the years it became clear to me that the deep healing occurs in the body, not the mind or through talk therapy. I began to focus my studies and trainings to develop and refine somatic awareness. I completed a Level 3 Certification of Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies along with having various trainings on somatic healing and the nervous system.

My college degree was in Human Services but after being a social worker for years I became clear on what I wanted to see shift in mainstream therapy and treatments. I went along to become the change I wanted to see by first becoming a certified life coach through HealthYogaLife. The work I bring to my clients with the 4 Quadrants of Health was learned through this certification.

As much as I believe that certifications are important, nothing is more important than learning from the inside out. It is through our lived experience and mastering the skills we need to use in our own personal evolution that allow us to be qualified to serve at a high level. Certifications are great ways to invest our time to developing skillsets, but certifications will never be enough to qualify for excellent service. The mentors in my life who were not a part of any formal certification process have been profoundly more influential than any organized certification program.

Throughout my entire life I have always been engaged with personal development, transpersonal psychology, spiritual practice, & sexual reclamation. Decades have been invested into intensive programs, apprenticeships, & commitments to my own healing & ascension journey.
